IUPUI's Testing Services Codes
College and universities in the United States are assigned individual
codes by the U.S. Department of Education. This code is used to identify the
university in official enrollment reports and is used by lenders and
guarantee agencies in processing
financial aid. It is also used when the university
verifies a student's
enrollment for purposes of deferring a student loan or confirming completion
of a degree.
- The code for IUPUI is 001813. The code prints automatically on enrollment
and degree verifications produced by the
Office of the Registrar.
- Students should use 001813 when completing the
FAFSA .
- Students who wish to have their SAT
scores sent to IUPUI should use the
College Board code of 1325 on the SAT application.
- Students who wish to have their ACT
scores sent to IUPUI should use the ACT
Assessment code of 1214 on the ACT application.
- Students who wish to have their TOEFL
scores sent to IUPUI
should use the ETS code of 1325 on the TOEFL application.
- Students who wish to have their GMAC
(formerly GMAT) scores sent to IUPUI
should use the ETS code of 1325 on the GMAT application.
- Students who wish to have their GRE

AMCAS application.
- Students who wish to have their
DAT scores sent to
the IU School of Dentistry should use
the DAT code of 30 on the DAT application.
- Students who wish to have their LSAT
scores sent to the IU School of
Law-Indianapolis should use the Law School Admission Council code of 1325
on the LSDAS application.
- Students who previously attended IUPUI and who are applying to
Graduate
Programs at IUPUI through the on-line application should use the code
0000026975 for IUPUI.
