* Anyone Matriced after the Term Activation Job run deadlines (07/17/09 for 4095 and 9/25/09 for 4098) will have to be Manually Term Activated.
Special Processing for BUKD:

For 4095 BUKD are manually matriced & term activated from 02/23/09 - 03/05/09. Will be processed automatically beginning 03/06/09, same as the other graduates.

Reminder:
  • New admits, undergraduates and Graduates entering 4095 and/or 4098 will not be able to register until April 4. Referring the student to April 6 when the helpline is available may be the better date to give to students.
  • New admit undergraduates entering 4095 or 4098, should register during their orientation session.
  • Remember that new admits will not have an active program/plan or term activation until 03/31/09, even if their application has been approved prior to 03/31/09.
  • Temporary Intercampus Applications open 02/01/09.
  • Temporary Intercampus Applications end May 15 for Summer I, July 01 for Summer II and August 28 for Fall.
