Enrollment Rosters

All academic paper rosters including the former blue, green and pink rosters are available online for the faculty of record.

Submit Early Warning, Administrative Withdrawal or Enrollment Verification “Mid-term” Rosters using either the Oncourse, SIS Grade Roster link or OneStart, Faculty Center, & the class Grade Roster.

  • Satisfactory/Attending will default as the valid grade for all students on the roster change only those students with academic or attendance performance concerns.
  • Save and Submit the roster to the Registrar for all classes,  even if there are no problems with attendance or enrollment
  • Use the Valid Grade link to select the most accurate assessment.
  •  “Mid-term” rosters are point-in-time semester assessments and not a part of the student’s permanent academic record.
  • Undergraduate faculty assess all students on their roster once to provide an Early Warning and again after 25% refund ends to assess class attendance
  • If a class has not yet started, no action is required
  • The required steps are the same as those for final grade processing
  • Students and academic advisors both will be able to view their mid-term “grades” through their Student Center or Administrative Center grade report

Early Warning Rosters - In support of campus efforts to increase student persistence and 4-year graduation, all faculty teaching undergraduate classes are asked to provide early feedback on student attendance/performance in your class.  The steps are the same as those for final grade processing and students will be able to view their early warning “grades” through their Student Center grade report.  NOTE:  While rosters are available for all undergraduate classes, if your class has not yet started, no action is required.
