After the close of the 100% refund period, late program change fees are assessed on course changes.

Late Registration Fees are assessed on all enrollments beginning with the initial first day of classes of the term or session.

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT FEE (formerly Orientation Fee)

This non-refundable, mandatory fee is charged to all new and transfer students who are beginning their first degree-seeking term at IUPUI. This fee will be assessed on the bursar bill and is not dependent on participation in the orientation program.
