NONNEGOTIABLE CREDIT CARD

The return by any financial institution of a non-refundable credit card ,payment to IUPUI for tuition and fees will jeopardize your credit standing with Indiana University and will result in the assessment of a service charge against the payer’s account (or against the account of the student on whose behalf the payment was made). The service charge is $20 or 5% of the charge payment amount, whichever is greater, not to exceed $250.

Credit card payments used to relieve a debt that are subsequently returned by the bank will automatically result in assessment of service charge as described above. In addition, IUPUI reserves the right to cancel the student’s enrollment in this situation.
