Scheduling Space for A Meeting or Special Event

The Office of the Registrar schedules most space at the University for courses and can schedule one time meetings or special events if there is classroom space available.

  • If you are a registered student organization that is interested in reserving a General Inventory Classroom for a meeting or event you must submit your request through the Event Form on Per IU policies, all registered student organizations are required to submit their on and off campus organizational events through The Den. When submitting the form, please indicate the location in which you are interested in holding the event (general inventory classroom, Campus Center, outside spaces). Please note that the Campus Center controls its own space and pending space availability, you may be able to hold your event there. If space is unavailable, the Campus Center and Student Experiences will notify you and you will be able to resubmit your request for a different space on campus. Contact Campus Center and Student Experiences:
