Scheduling Space for A Meeting or Special Event
The Office of the Registrar schedules most space at the University for courses and can schedule one time meetings or special events if there is classroom space available.
- If you are a student who wants to reserve a General Inventory Classroom for a meeting or event you must first contact Campus and Community Life, they approve all student group requests for use of any space on campus. Please note that the Campus Center controls its own space and you may be able to hold your function there. If not, Campus and Community Life will contact the Office of the Registrar with all approved requests. Contact Campus and Community Life: http://www.iupui.edu/~sldweb/campus-center/events/.
- If you are a faculty member who wants to change the classroom in which your class is held or wants a General Inventory Classroom for a meeting or special event, contact Mary Anne Black at 274-1515. To request a room for a meeting you can request via email , phone or complete the online form and send it via campus mail (CE 250), or fax (274-8920) to the Office of the Registrar.
- If you are a faculty or staff member who wants to use a room in the Campus Center for a meeting or special event contact them at: http://www.iupui.edu/~sldweb/campus-center/events/.
All requests to add a course or an additional section of a course go through the academic department which will contact the Office of the Registrar as part of the course-building process.
