5. Review enrollments for all offerings of a course or for an entire department
- To see the offerings for a particular course, such as BIOL-N 200, enter BIOL-N
in the Subject field and 200 in the Class number field. Uncheck the show open
sections only box if you want to see both open and closed sections. All
offerings of a course will be returned and one of the fields is Avail
(Available—seats remaining open).

- If advising a student, you may wish to leave the open sections only box
checked. Uncheck the box to look for possible courses to waitlist
- To see the offerings for an entire academic department, enter the subject
abbreviation without the hyphen and follow letter. For example, BIOL rather than
BIOL-K. As a second search criteria is required, uncheck the show open sections
only box, but select undergraduate from the Course Career drop
down-option. All undergraduate classes in Biology will appear.

- You can further limit the search just to lecture sections,
labs, discussions, etc., by using the Course Component drop-down option.
- The default session is all classes taught in the term, even if they are short
courses. You can limit the search to just full-semester classes, classes taught
in the second-eight weeks, etc., by using the Session drop-down option.
- The Office of the Registrar
will publish enrollment reports throughout the registration
cycle.
