Limitations on Use of University Facilities Space will not be used for non-university fund raising or religious services. Religious organizations may request space for meetings if sponsored by a recognized student organization. Use must be consistent with applicable policies detailed in the Academic Handbook and the Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct.
Recommended Pricing StructureThe fact that a member of an outside group may be an employee of the institution will not have a bearing on which level of fee is to be charged. Pricing will be reviewed on an annual basis and adjusted as market conditions warrant.
IUPUI classroom rental rates (Effective Fall 2006)
Additional Services and Charges Users who require additional services, such as technology/a-v support services will be charged the full cost of these services through a separate billing. Dedicated Technician ($35.00 per hour)
For additional information on UITS Classroom Services, link to http://www.iupui.edu/~uits/itr/guidelines.htm Conference Center Coordination New requests for space from external users will be routed through the Conference Center to ensure coordination of services and effective use of facilities. The Conference Center will serve as a screening agent for these requests and will coordinate all aspects of booking space with the office controlling the space, including billing and collection of any fees. 8/23/2006 |
