Agreement to Terms statement

• The information available to you is protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
• You can only view student information if the student has created an account for you.
• You will need the Student's University ID, which is a 10 digit number, as well as a user name and password created for you by the student.
• Your student has released this information to you; however this release does not extend to other parties and is limited to just the information available on the following pages.
• This authorization does not grant you access to information from the University by any other method, such as phone, email, fax or in-person visit. Any questions you have should be directed to your student.
