Third Party Access - User Information

Logging into your third-party account

In OneStart, to log into your third-party account, follow these steps:

1. Point your browser to OneStart at: https://onestart.iu.edu  
2. Click the Public Services tab near the top of the page.  
3. In the "Self-Service" channel, under "Parent/Guardian Access to Student Information", click View Student Information. Important: Read the Agreement to Terms statement that appears on the next screen.  
4. Select Click here to view student information.  
5. In the View Student Information screen that appears, enter the student's Empl ID and your username and password, and then click Submit.

   Note: The student must give you the Empl ID, username, and password you should use.  

6. A new View Student Information screen should appear. Click any of the links to view the student's information. To return to the View Student Information screen, click Return.
